Be of Good Conduct in Host Communities, NYSC DG Advises Corps Members


The Director General of the National Youth Services Corps (NYSC) Brig. Genaral Suleman Zakari kazaure has called on the members of the Service Corps nationwideto be of good character in their host communities, where they are posted.

The NYSC Boss made this known while addressing 2,100 corps members for the 2018 Batch A on Monday during his visit to Jigawa NYSC Camp and sport centre,Fanisau ,Dutse.

The Director General who described the camp facilities in Jigawa State as the best in the federation, enjoined the Batch A 2018 corp members deployed to the State to count themselves as privileged.

He advised them to make up their minds and stay to serve their father land in Jigawa State, stressing that the State is peaceful and violence free.

Kazaure urged the corps members to conduct themselves in a manner that befits graduates in the host communities.

Brg. General Kazaure admonished the corps member not to mess up themselves running after little girls and boys in their place of primary assignment.

His words: “I can not tell you not to go after ladies in your host communities, but do not go for minor go for the matured ones and follow due process.”

In the entourage of the Director General was the Director Press and Public Relations; Mrs Adeyemi Adenike and the Director Special Duties Mr. Hilary Nasamu.
