A Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State on Thursday has nullified the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary election conducted in the state.
The plaintiff, Hon. Victor Ochei, through his lawyer, Mr. Ahmed Rahi (SAN) appealed to the court to declare that the APC gubernatorial primary election that held on September 30 as illegal and unlawful on the ground that delegates unknown to the law were used for the exercise in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1085/ 2018.
Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court gave the ruling today.
