The National Judicial Council(NJC) is set to hold an emergency meeting on Monday, January 28th over the suspension of Justice Walter Onnoghen as Chief Justice of Nigeria(CJN).
The meeting will hold by 10 a.m on Monday.
According to multiple sources privy to the meeting, neither the suspended CJN, ustice Onnoghen nor Acting CJN, Justice Tanko will attend the meeting.
